The deadline moved again
RHB Extends Its FD Promo Again, Now to 31 October 2026
RHB’s FD/e-FD campaign just picked up a third deadline. Our own 11 August piece said this ran to 31 August 2026 — RHB has since extended it twice, at the same rate both times. Several other banks’ FD promos, though, are scheduled to end today instead.
Moved twice, same rate
- No Premier or wealth tier needed — RHB’s promo has stayed open to every customer through both extensions.
- Branch placements still need brand-new funds; only the e-FD channel accepts money already sitting in an RHB account.
- Break it early and earn zero interest — the no-partial-withdrawal rule hasn’t changed either.
What else ends today
- HSBC and UOB pay more, but both need a new banking relationship — RHB’s doesn’t.
- RHB is the only one on this list still open tomorrow — the rest revert to board rates tonight.
