Deposit rates are anchored — one promo window closes right after this week. Bank Negara held the OPR at 2.75% in September and meets next on 5 November, so FD board rates stay put through this week. Hong Leong Bank's 4.05% six-month October eFD promo closes Monday, 12 October — the Monday right after this calendar ends. Compare today's FD rates before it lapses.
