Pioneer Heat Holdings Closed Its ACE Market Debut 20% Above the IPO Price

Pioneer Heat Holdings became the first Bursa ACE Market debut this month to close green. The two IPOs before it, Butterfield FB and GTA Holdings, both closed below their issue price.

- Market cap closed near RM104 million, up from RM86.73m at listing on the 346.9m enlarged share base.
- TA Securities valued the shares at 24 sen before listing, calling the IPO price “a tad overvalued.”
Third ACE debut this month, first to hold a premium
- Pioneer Heat’s IPO was oversubscribed 47.8 times — the highest demand of the three, the only one to close green.
