Pioneer Heat Holdings' IPO Oversubscribed 47.8 Times Ahead of 17 September ACE Market Debut

Pioneer Heat Holdings closed its ACE Market IPO applications on 3 September, and demand ran hot. Bursa Malaysia has the mechanical engineering firm listing on 17 September.

Applications closed 3 September 2026. Every category cleared its own allocation many times over, led by Bumiputera investors.
  • 9,512 applications came in for 846.5 million shares, Pioneer Heat’s own results announcement said.
  • Two smaller tranches were fully covered too — eligible persons and private placement, 86.7 million shares combined.

Pioneer Heat provides piping system engineering, heat treatment, flange management and non-destructive testing for oil & gas, petrochemical and utility plants.

IPO price vs one analyst’s view

  • TA Securities called the IPO price “a tad overvalued” in a note published on 2 September.
  • Demand still topped Butterfield FB’s recent debut — that ACE Market IPO closed 18.7 times oversubscribed on 4 September.
